§ 35.72 STATE ADMINISTERED CDBG PROGRAM FUND.
   (A)   Source of funds. The fund shall consist of federal dollars in arrears, as this is a reimbursable grant not to exceed $195,000 in public services and $5,000 in administration; for a total award of $200,000.
   (B)   Use of funds. All monies of the State Administered CDBG Program will be used, without appropriation, solely for the attached items in Exhibit B of Ord. 18-2021.
   (C)   Non-reverting fund. Fund 279 is a non-reverting fund.
