The owner or operator of any S-WECS or U-SWECS shall maintain a current general liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage and name City of Villa Grove as an additional insured with limits of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence and of at least $10,000,000 of annual aggregate with a deductible of no more than $5,000.
