(A) Revocation or termination of a Douglas County Board of Health permit shall result in a concurrent termination of the city's license granted under this chapter.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 115.02 through 115.05 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
