§ 115.01  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OUTDOOR CAFÉ. An outdoor food service area operated adjacent to and in conjunction with a restaurant. This definition shall include areas located on public property and/or private property.
