§ 72.14  PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall park any motor vehicle on private property without the consent of the owner of the private property.
   (B)   No person shall park any vehicle on private property except on a weed-free surface made of gravel, crushed stone, asphalt, Portland cement concrete, or brick pavers.
