§ 40.17  VIOLATIONS.
   Any person who violates the provisions of any curfew declared or order made by the Mayor pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall be subject to the appropriate fine and/or imprisonment as provided by local, state or federal statute.
