§ 35.208  STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter and the taxes imposed by Ordinance 2009-MC05 are authorized by Illinois statutes, ILCS Chapter 65, Act 5, §§ 8-11-1.1 et seq., and subsequent relevant amendments thereto shall also apply to this subchapter, to the extent required by or permitted by law.
