§ 35.207  FILING OF ORDINANCE WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.
   The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of Ordinance 2009-MC05 and any other required documentation with the Illinois Department of Revenue, in accordance with its requirements before July 1, 2009, so that the tax may commence on January 1, 2010.
