§ 35.205  COLLECTION AND ADMINISTRATION OF TAXES.
   Pursuant to state statute, the Illinois Department of Revenue shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter by collecting the taxes pursuant to the statute, payment of which it shall transmit to the city pursuant to the statute.
