§ 155.002  INTERPRETATION; PURPOSE.
   It is not intended by the Zoning Code to repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way, impair or interfere with any existing provision of law or any applicable ordinance of the city relating to the use of buildings or premises, now in force and effect in relation thereto; nor is it intended by the Zoning Code to interfere with, abrogate or annul any easements, covenants or other agreements between parties.  However, where the Zoning Code imposes a greater restriction upon the use of buildings or premises than are imposed or required by the existing provision of law, ordinance, rules, regulations, permits, easements, covenants or agreements, the provisions of the Zoning Code shall control.
