§ 154.56  STREET LIGHTING.
   (A)   Any subdivision having an average density per acre of more than 2.9 dwelling units shall provide street lights in accordance with the standards and requirements established by the City Council.
   (B)   Any subdivision having an average density per acre of 2.9 dwelling units or less shall not be required to provide street lights.
   (C)   Any subdivision platted, zoned, planned or used for the development of business, commercial, industrial or multiple family dwelling units shall provide street lights in accordance with the standards and requirements established by the City Council.
