(A) Monuments shall be placed at all corners and angle points of the outside boundary but no further than one-quarter mile apart. The monuments shall be of concrete, not less than 6 inches in diameter and 36 inches deep, with a center copper dowel 3 inches long cast in place. Iron pipe or steel bars not less than ½ inch in diameter and 24 inches long shall be set at the intersection of street center lines and at all corners of lots.
(B) The monuments and markers shall be set level with the finished grade.
