The subdivision of land, including the arrangement, character, extent, width, grade and location of all highway, streets, alleys, crosswalks, easements, sites for parks, playgrounds and schools, or other land to be dedicated for public use, shall conform to the Comprehensive Plan of the city, approved by the Plan Commission and adopted by the City Council and other responsible governmental bodies of the city.
