§ 154.04  INTERPRETATION.
   (A)   In interpretation and application, the provisions of these regulations shall be held to be the minimum requirements.
   (B)   Where the conditions imposed by any provision of this chapter upon the use of land are either higher in standard or lower in standard than comparable conditions imposed by any other applicable law, ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation of any kind, the regulations which impose higher standards or requirements shall govern.
