§ 152.04  APPEARANCE OF ORIGINAL EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR TO BE RETAINED.
   All property within the designated areas will retain, insofar as possible, the exterior appearance of the period in which it was built or constructed and any new construction, alterations or repairs in the designated area shall be designed and constructed with essentially the same exterior appearance as was the original structure that was located on the same premises. Great latitude shall be allowed as to interior construction so long as it is not inconsistent with this chapter or any other applicable ordinance of the city passed by the City Council.
