(A) A record of inspection shall be required for all building permits, with inspections being done after each of the following steps:
(1) Footing;
(2) Framing;
(3) Plumbing;
(4) Electric;
(5) Finish.
(B) Only after inspections 1 through 5 have been successfully completed will a certificate of issuance be issued.
