The fire limits of the city are hereby established as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the alley between Oak Street and Main Street with Harrison Street as a point of beginning; thence south with the center of the alley to its intersection with Railroad Street; thence east along Railroad Street to its intersection with Sycamore Street; thence north with Sycamore Street to Jefferson Street; thence west on Jefferson Street one-half block to the alley; thence north up the alley to Harrison Street; thence west to the point of beginning.
