§ 132.24  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH POLICE OFFICER’S ORDERS OR DIRECTIONS.
   No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer if the person knows that the person giving the order or direction is a police officer and the order or direction is an authorized act within the official capacity of the police officer giving the order or direction.
