§ 132.20  HINDERING, RESISTING OR OBSTRUCTING CITY OFFICERS.
   It shall be unlawful to wilfully hinder, delay, resist or obstruct any officer of the city or any person authorized by him in the discharge of his or her duty, or to aid, abet or encourage any hindering, delaying, resisting or obstructing, or to neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order of any officer.
