Copies of all peddling/solicitors applications and license documentation shall be provided to the Police Department personnel at their request. The license of any such transient merchant, itinerant merchant, itinerant vendor, peddler, canvasser, or one of similar occupation, can be suspended or revoked by a city Police Commissioner, Chief or officer at any time for due cause.
