It shall be unlawful for any holder of an amusement license to exercise, offer, operate or engage in the licensed activity or activities during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. During the above prohibited hours for operation, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to permit any person other than an employee to remain in any premises where any activity is located. During the above prohibited hours for operation, it shall be unlawful for any person other than an employee to remain in the premises.
