Any person, persons or corporation desiring to exercise or engage in any of the activities enumerated in § 112.01(A) above shall apply to the City Clerk in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 110. The applications shall be submitted no less than 7 days before the amusement activity is to be opened to the public or no less than 7 days before the expiration of a license previously granted by the city.
