§ 111.32  SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR TO CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquors to any person under the age of 21 or to any intoxicated person.
