§ 99.07  ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Police Department, the city public health authorities, other city personnel designated by the city municipal authorities or such other law enforcement agency as the city municipal authorities may designate shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and may assess fines pursuant to law.
   (B)   Any person may register a complaint with the Police Department or the City Hall for a violation of this chapter.
