§ 97.16  TERM OF OFFICE.
   The term of the 5 persons appointed to the Board by the Mayor shall be 1 year. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term. The term of the Forester shall also be 1 year.
