§ 97.15  CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY TREE BOARD AND A CITY FORESTER.
   There is hereby created and established a City Tree Board for the city which shall consist of 5 members composed of residents of this area who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. There is also hereby created and established a City Forester for the city.
