Any person, firm or corporation desiring to obtain a permit for moving a building as required by § 96.85 above shall apply for the permit to the City Clerk in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 110 of this code. The application shall describe with reasonable certainty the old location, the location to which it is proposed to remove any building, and the route along which the building is to be moved. The application shall likewise be accompanied by a bond in the sum of $500 payable to the city, conditioned upon the payment of all damages to property or persons which may be occasioned by moving. The fee for the permit shall be as provided in § 150.17 of this code.
