§ 96.52  SPECIFICATIONS OF SIDEWALKS.
   All sidewalks shall be of concrete, 4 feet in width and 4 inches in thickness.  All sidewalks shall be 6 inches in thickness and reinforced with steel rods where they may cross a driveway or alley.  The specifications shall be incorporated in the permit and it shall be unlawful to deviate in any material way from the specifications.
