§ 96.51  COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER PROVISIONS.
   The holder of any sidewalk construction permit issued by the city shall comply with the other provisions of Chapter 110 of this code as are appropriate.  Any holder failing to comply with the provisions of this subchapter or of Chapter 110 shall be liable to revocation of the permit as provided by § 110.12.
