§ 95.09  USE OF HAND DRIVEN AND MOTOR DRIVEN BOATS AND FLOATING DEVICES ON THE RESERVOIR.
   (A)   No boats or other floating devices carrying or capable of carrying 1 or more persons may be operated on the reservoir, except as provided in this section.
   (B)   Row boats with current state licenses may be operated on said reservoir, provided such boat has all equipment required by state statute and is operated in accordance with applicable state statutes.
   (C)   No motorized boats shall be operated on said reservoir except boats using only electric trolling motors, provided said boats are duly licensed and operated in accordance with applicable state law.
   (D)   No other boat raft, paddleboat, inflatable or non-inflatable floating device shall be occupied by persons while such device is on the reservoir water surface.
   (E)   Any boat operated on said reservoir must be equipped with an adequate life jacket for every person on such boat and said life jackets must be worn at all times by all persons on a boat on the city reservoir.
   (F)   No persons under the age of 16 years may occupy an authorized boat on the city reservoir, unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
   (G)   Boats authorized by this section may only be operated on the city reservoir from the hours of sunrise to sunset.
   (H)   All boats authorized by this section must be equipped and operated in compliance with all applicable state statutes and regulations.
   (I)   This section shall not apply to emergency or rescue boats or floatation devices being used for such purposes.
