(A) It shall be unlawful to drive or park any automobile except on a street, driveway or parking lot in any park or to park or leave any vehicle in any place other than one established for public parking.
(B) (1) It shall be unlawful to drive a vehicle on the circular road in Henson Park except in a counter- clockwise direction only.
(2) It shall be unlawful to drive a vehicle in Henson Park in excess of 10 miles per hour.
(C) It shall be unlawful to drive, operate or park any motorcycle, snowmobile or other motor driven vehicle of any kind except on a street, driveway or parking lot in any city park or to park or leave any vehicle in any place in the parks except in places established for public parking.
