§ 94.15 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BOULEVARD.  That territory between the pavement or traveled portion of a street and the property line between the street right-of-way and the adjacent property.
