§ 93.01  SALE OF UNWHOLESOME FOOD.
   It shall be unlawful to knowingly sell, expose or offer for sale any flesh of any sick or diseased animal, poultry or fish, or the flesh of any diseased fowl to be used or eaten for food, or articles of food whatsoever for any form or nature of human consumption or any adulterated, deleterious milk drink or liquors or other beverages.
