§ 92.27  STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS; TANKS AND RECEPTACLES; LOCATION.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to store any flammable liquids in any other but leakproof metallic tanks or receptacles.  Provided, that receptacles and tanks of other materials may be used if the material used is leakproof and absorption-proof.  Tanks containing more than 15 gallons of the liquids must be equipped with adequate escape valves.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful to store flammable liquids in greater quantities than 50 gallons in any but an underground tank, unless the tank is in a separate fireproof building used only for the storage of the liquids.
      (3)   It shall be unlawful to store any flammable liquids in a greater quantity than 10 gallons in any building, except in an underground tank or as mentioned in division (A)(2) above.
      (4)   The foregoing provisions of this division shall not be applicable to the city and its use of its above-ground storage tanks.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to keep, store or sell any crude petroleum, gasoline, kerosene or other flammable liquids upon any property within the city which has heretofore or hereafter been zoned for residential purposes.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful to store any greater quantity than 15 gallons of any flammable liquid within 200 feet of any building used exclusively for school or church purposes or within 100 feet of any theatre.
