§ 92.03  PROHIBITIONS.
   No person shall cause or allow the open burning of garbage, household waste or municipal waste within the city, pursuant to Illinois EPA Regulations. No person shall cause or allow the open burning of landscape waste within the city except as hereinafter provided.
