§ 91.19  CERTAIN CONDITIONS DECLARED NUISANCE.
   Any vicious, dangerous or fierce dog, or any noisy dog which in any manner disturbs the quiet of any person or neighborhood, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the dog shall be taken up and impounded as provided in § 91.30(A) herein.
