§ 53.01  BASIC USER RATES; MINIMUM AND OVERAGE CHARGES.
   (A)   There shall be and there are hereby established  minimum monthly charges and basic user rates for the use of and for utility services supplied by the Public Works Department for the period up to and including July 15, 2020, which have been in effect since May 16, 2017, as follows:

   (D)   The minimum monthly charges and basic user rates for the use of and for utility service supplied by the Public Works Department for the period beginning on and after March 16, 2017, as follows:

   (E)   The minimum monthly charges and basic user rates for the use of and for utility service supplied by the Public Works Department (including to the Village of Camargo) for the period beginning on and after March 16, 2022, shall be determined by a new water and sewer rate study analysis to be completed no later than December 31, 2021.
   (F)   The basic user rate for the use of and for utility service supplied by the Public Works Department to the Village of Camargo for the period beginning on and after March 16, 2015, through March 15, 2016, shall be as follows:

   (G)   The basic user rate for the use of and for utility service supplied by the Public Works Department to the Village of Camargo for the period beginning on and after March 16, 2016, through March 15, 2017, shall be as follows:

   (H)   The basic user rate for the use of and for utility service supplied by the Public Works Department to the Village of Camargo for the period beginning on and March 16, 2017, through March 15, 2018, shall be as follows:

   (I)   The minimum monthly charges and basic user rates for the use of and for utility service supplied by the Public Works Department (including to the Village of Camargo) for the period beginning on and after March 16, 2018, shall be determined by a newwater and sewer rate study analysis to be completed no later than December 31, 2017.
   (J)   To the extent that a third party desires to purchase bulk sales of water the size of which exceeds normal existing delivery mechanisms and the city's licensed water operator determines that there is sufficient capacity in the water system to allow for such bulk sales of water without compromising customary usage for existing customers, then the city may, at the City Administrator's direction, elect to sell to such third party, subject to the conditions set forth in this chapter. Such third parties may not resell said water; additionally, such third party must provide a minimum 48-hour notice to the Public Works Department before the water is to be consumed (excluding holidays). The rate to be charged to such users shall be a connection/metering fee of $50 per connection per day, plus $1.20 per 100 gallons of water. All sums shall be paid in full at delivery, or corporate billing information shall be provided to the Administrative and Billing Office prior to the scheduling of such delivery.
