§ 51.33  INSPECTIONS; SUPERINTENDENT TO BE NOTIFIED BEFORE BACKFILLING.
   Before any trench shall be backfilled, the applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Director of Public Works when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer.  The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Director of Public Works or his or her representative.
