§ 51.10  CONNECTION TO PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL.
   Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of § 51.50(D) herein, and city water is being supplied, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the provisions of this subchapter.
