It shall be unlawful for the hauler to dispose of or store any solid waste within the corporate limits of the city or to park any full or partly filled vehicle within the corporate limits of the city, except in cases of an emergency, and then in such instances, the hauler must notify the City Clerk of the emergency, the location of the vehicle and the other facts as may be relevant.
