The hauler shall file with the City Clerk a bond in the sum of $100,000. This bond shall be conditioned to indemnify the city, its officers, agents and employers for any damage, loss or liability resulting from the conduct of business by the hauler and shall also be conditioned that the hauler shall obey all provisions of this subchapter, as amended, and all ordinances now or hereafter enacted relating to the collection and disposition of solid waste.
