For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All putrescible matter.
GARBAGE or RUBBISH CONTAINER. A container constructed of metal, rubber or plastic not easily corroded, watertight, rodent-proof, and shall have a tight-fitting cover. The container shall have a capacity of not less than 5 gallons and not more than 55 gallons.
RUBBISH. All non-putrescible matter, except trash as defined herein.
TRASH. Ashes, grass and lawn rakings.
