§ 37.092  WRITTEN WARNING.
   Another method of disciplinary action is a written warning by the department head or committee chairperson. Written warnings will be prepared on an "Employee Warning Report" form available at City Hall. The completed form will be submitted to the Office Manager for inclusion in the employee's file, and for review by the Mayor and City Council.
