§ 37.091  VERBAL WARNING.
   One method of disciplinary action is a verbal warning by the employee's department head or committee chairperson. The department head or committee chairperson will document such verbal warning as to date, time, place, who is present, the reason for the verbal warning and the substance of the verbal warning. A copy of the documentation will be submitted to the Office Manager for inclusion in the employee's file and for review by the Mayor and City Council.
