(A) The salary of a newly-hired employee will be established when the employee is hired.
(B) The salary of a new employee, other than temporary employees, will be reviewed at the end of that employee's 6-month probationary period, and the Council may in its discretion decide to raise or keep in force the employee's initial salary.
(C) The salaries of temporary employees may be reviewed by the Council at any time or not at all.
