§ 37.021  APPOINTED OFFICERS.
   (A)   Appointed officers shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council as set forth in provisions relating to appointment of officers in this municipal code.
   (B)   Firing authority for appointed officers is vested in the Mayor, subject to the Council's right of override in the manner set forth in this municipal code relating to removal of appointed officers.
