§ 35.123  CERTIFIED COPY OF PROVISIONS TO BE SENT TO STATE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.
   The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit to the State Department of Revenue a certified copy of this subchapter not later than 5 days after the effective date of this subchapter.
