§ 35.030  IMPOSITION OF TAX.
   A tax is hereby imposed for the purpose of police protection in this city at a rate not to exceed .075% of the value as equalized or assessed by the Department of Local Government Affairs for all taxable property therein, in accordance with the provisions of Section 11-1-3 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
