This section shall not be construed to include fire calls requiring the attendance of city fire trucks and equipment going outside the city limits in aid and assistance of other municipalities in the area, nor shall this section be construed as to abrogate or supersede any agreements heretofore entered into by the city with other municipalities, fire protection districts, corporations or organizations outside the city limits.
