§ 34.22  DETERMINATION OF WHAT FIRE EQUIPMENT WILL RESPOND.
   In responding to a fire call outside the city limits, the Fire Chief, or the officer in charge, shall determine what item, or items, of firefighting equipment will respond to the fire.  All damage caused to firefighting equipment while in attendance at fires outside the city shall be borne by the property owner being assisted.
